- Because of limited budget, I was only able to go to the City of Oroquieta once for site visit.
- Many data points were not available, even from National Government Agencies.
What was unique about the experience?
- Oroquieta City is the capital of Misamis Occidental, so I was proud to help a capital city of Mindanao.
