Here’s an editable outline and data management template for writing the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
The 2014 CLUP Guidebook includes an outline of the CLUP and ZO. However, it is in PDF format – it cannot be easily modified and copied.
I created a shared Google Document from the PDF.
I also added a column where LGUs can insert links to folders and files of relevant data and information in urban planning.
